FABULOUS FRIDAY: {S’more} or Less

S'moreis a contraction of the phrase, "some more". While the origin of the dessert is unclear, the first recorded version of the recipe can be found in the publication "Tramping and Trailing with the Girl Scouts” of 1927.

If you don’t know about S'mores, then let me enlighten you on what you are missing out on!

A S'more is a simplyamazing combination of two of the most delicious treats in the world: Chocolate and marshmallows but if that wasn’t enough, sandwich them together with your favourite digestive biscuit and BAM!

Here are some mouth-watering spins on the original S’more:

Chocolate and Peanut Butter S'mores

Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter (at room temperature, for easy spreading) onto a thin, crisp chocolate biscuit of your choice

Slide 1 skewer-toasted marshmallow onto peanut butter. Top with a second biscuit and squish down gently.

Strawberry and Chocolate S'mores

Take it up a notch by adding strawberry slices to your biscuits, dark chocolate, and roasted marshmallow

Don’t stop there, why don’t you try make some S’more Pops or S’more Push Pops
